1. Before the star type discharger is used, check the quantity of the lubricating oil and the type of the oil in the reducer, replace the new oil after one month of operation, and change the oil once a year.

2, connect the air source interface and check whether the interface is blocked by foreign matter, so as to ensure that the interface is clean and smooth.
3. Before the star type discharger is used, make sure that the rotated direction of the rotor is clockwise (seen from the axis of the reducer's extension, which is consistent with the arrow on the chain wheel housing).
4. Before using the star type unloader, the sprocket shell is opened to check the tensioning of the chain, and it should be checked regularly during the operation; at the same time, the chain and sprocket are coated with suitable grease.
5. During the whole use of the discharger, the pressure relief valve should be adjusted to the pressure of the material in the seal than the material pressure in the valve body 0.05MPa. The gas is a compressed air with no oil and dry.

Working principle
